(｀-´メ) 怒ってるメールに決してメールで返信しないこと。です。笑

これはどこの会社でもどこかで、いつも、もめてる話。

でね、たちの悪いことにw　怒ってる人はあなたがどんなに悪いか論理的に書いてきてることが多い。それもCCつきで。

そういうときは、必ず、すぐ電話して。電話で収まらないときは会いにいく。
会わないと言われたら、外で待つ。会ってくれるまで。
ポイントは、
絶対に、メールで返信しちゃいけない。


そんなメールきたら、まずコーヒー買いにいってください。ついでにチョコレート食べて、血糖値あげて。
コンピューターや携帯からいったん離れるんです。

そして対策は必ず直接話をする。電話とか会って。

どんなにもめていても、誤解があるからちゃんと会って誠実に話をする。すると、とたんに溝がとれるもんです。


それで解決したら、解決した旨をCCすればいい。CCされた人はあなたの人間力を評価するはずです。

自分は間違ってないとか、言い訳をメールで返信して、相手がそうですか、わかりました。と引き下がる事例は聞いたことないよ——-


ちゃんと解決する。それがあなたの人間力のみせどころ。
だから悪いメールにCCついていたら、ありがたい試練、と思えばいい。
